This is a pre-launch policy framework based on how the website and back-office systems are built today. Final legal wording may be updated after client and professional review.

The website is presented under the brand Enjoy Travel & Tours and is operated by J.LO CO., LTD. (株式会社 J.LO), whose registered address is 2-6-10 Karasaki, Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture, Japan. If you need to know the contracting party for a specific booking or payment, refer to your quotation, booking confirmation, or checkout page.

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Enquiry and contact details — such as name, email address, phone number, travel dates, party size, and message content when you submit support, tour, transfer, experience, or custom-tour enquiry forms.
• Booking information — passenger names, contact details, pickup details, special requests, and policy acceptances when you complete an online tour or transfer booking flow.
• Quotation and payment-request data — information needed to prepare, send, and accept quotations and payment requests (including snapshots stored with enquiries and bookings).
• Technical data — server and application logs, IP address, browser type, and similar data needed to operate and secure the website. Session cookies may be used where you sign in to an authenticated area (for example, admin access).

For supported products, card payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted or Stripe-integrated checkout flows. We do not store full card numbers on our application servers.

Stripe processes payment data according to its own privacy policy and applicable payment rules. Other payment channels may be introduced only after they are configured, disclosed, and approved for use.

Transactional emails (for example, enquiry acknowledgements, quotations, payment links, and booking-related messages) may be sent through Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) when that service is configured in the deployment environment.

Application data (catalog content, enquiries, quotations, bookings, and related records) is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL and related services) in the project configured for this website. Media such as experience or destination images may be stored in Supabase Storage buckets configured for the catalog.

We do not currently describe a site-wide analytics product (such as Google Analytics) in the production codebase. If analytics tools are enabled later, this policy will be updated to describe them and any related choices.

We use infrastructure and service providers that process data on our instructions, including:

• Supabase — hosting, database, authentication, and storage
• Stripe — payment processing for supported checkout flows
• Brevo — transactional email delivery
• Vercel or similar hosting — serving the website (deployment-dependent)

We retain enquiry, quotation, booking, and operational records for as long as needed to provide services, meet accounting and operational requirements, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable law. Specific retention periods will be confirmed in final legal review.

We use access controls, environment-based secrets, and provider security features appropriate to a commercial web application. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding access, correction, or deletion of personal information. The scope of those rights will be confirmed with legal counsel.
