We offer information about and access to private tours, transfers, curated experiences, eSIM products, custom itinerary planning, and related travel services in Japan. Catalog content, prices shown on the website, and availability are subject to confirmation.

Many services are priced on enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding reservation. A binding agreement arises only when you accept a written quotation (or equivalent confirmation) on the terms stated in that document, including price, dates, inclusions, and payment instructions.

Custom tour and experience workflows may use dedicated enquiry and quotation acceptance pages. Follow the instructions on those pages for your specific request.

Where online booking is offered (for example, selected tours and transfers), you must provide accurate traveller and contact information and comply with any stated booking requirements. We may refuse or cancel bookings that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or incompatible with operational or safety requirements.

Unless a fixed price is clearly shown and confirmed at checkout, prices are indicative or “on request.” Taxes, fees, optional extras, and third-party costs (such as attraction tickets or meals) may not be included unless explicitly stated in your quote or booking confirmation.

Payment methods and timing depend on the product and the instructions in your quotation or booking confirmation. Where Stripe checkout is offered, payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details on our servers.

We do not represent that every product or channel uses the same payment provider or merchant entity. The applicable merchant and payment method will be disclosed at checkout or in your payment request when required.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and travel information
• Arrive on time at agreed meeting points unless we agree otherwise
• Hold valid travel documents, visas, and insurance appropriate to your trip
• Follow reasonable instructions from drivers, guides, and local partners

Itineraries, vehicles, guides, or suppliers may change for operational, safety, weather, or regulatory reasons. We will seek reasonable alternatives where possible. Liability limits and remedies for changes will be set out in final legally reviewed terms where required.

Ground transport, guides, accommodations, and activities may be delivered by independent suppliers or partners. Their participation does not automatically make them a party to your website Terms. Contractual responsibility for each service will be stated in your quotation or confirmation.

Website content, branding, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse content for commercial purposes without permission.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, submit unlawful content, or use automated means to harvest data in violation of applicable law or these Terms.

The website is provided for general information and booking facilitation. Travel involves risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disclaimers and limitations of liability will be completed in a legally reviewed version of these Terms.
